Freestyle yoga is a sequence featuring a smooth, continuous flow of movement which includes warming up, stretching, cardio, cooling down and relaxation.
Recommended for ages 12+
Classes are $12 for a walk-in, but I do offer packages as well. You can purchase 5 classes for $50 or 10 classes for $90. I only accept cash or checks at this time. If you are a member at Julie's Fitness, walk-ins are $10, 5 classes are $45 and 10 classes are $80.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time to setup and make payment arrangements.
What to bring/wear: general exercise attire is recommended. Personal yoga mats are encouraged, but some are available in the studio. Also, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
